You must submit this
Admission Application before earning credits for classes.
If you have attended another college, please submit an official transcript sealed in the
original envelope from the college to the JPSTS enrollment office. To expedite credit transfer, after enrollment, you may send a scanned copy of your
transcript to the college. Once your official transcript has arrives we will
review your credits.
